An IFTA license may be revoked for any of the following reasons:
Ÿ Failure to file a quarterly report;
Ÿ Failure to pay tax due to all member jurisdictions;
Ÿ Failure to adhere to record-keeping requirements; and
Ÿ Failure to pay or protest an audit assessment within the established time period.
