of Motor Carrier Services Effective July 1, 2007, International Registration Plan (IRP) registrants must complete IRP/IFTA Record Retention Statement Form #442048 and return it to the Iowa Department of Transportation By signing the form, the registrant acknowledges they are aware of the IRP and IFTA recordkeeping requirements.
